About:

Maria Jimenez is a versatile singer, composer, and pianist from Vancouver, Canada. Her singing style is truly unique, heavily influenced by Jazz, Pop, Latin, R&B, Rock and Musical Theatre. She is currently pursuing a double major at McGill University in Jazz Performance: Voice and Composition, and is an avid performer in the Montréal music and theatre scenes, as well as abroad. She has performed in numerous productions including: Into The Woods (Witch), Fame (Coco), and West Side Story (Anita). She is very excited to be working at Broadway Academy, spreading her knowledge, expertise, and love for musical theatre to her students.
